Abstract The solubility of luminescent materials is a key parameter to improve the electroluminescent performances solution-processed organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). through-space charge transfer (TSCT) provide an alternative introduce solubilizing groups (SGs) linker. Herein, tert -butyl and n- hexyl are introduced as SGs at C7 positions spiro structure, named C6-DMB tBu-DMB , away from acceptor. This has no influence on photophysical properties parent TSCT molecule. Highly efficient OLEDs were demonstrated with maximum external quantum efficiencies 21.0% 21.7%, respectively. To best our knowledge, these champions in state-of-the-art emitters. work confirmed conjecture constructing highly soluble emitters by transforming outstanding material thermal evaporation simply integrated ‘bridge’
